The app works but some options are set up badly, and the order could be better. The food is good for the price, and generally arrives quickly and piping hot. Drivers are great. Customer service very patchy. Vegetarian options other than pizza? Dessert or salad (ie lettuce).

BUT: the app generally promises 20% discount on all orders. When you reach the checkout, it is not always applied. You can put something in the comments box asking for the reduction. For cash orders you might be lucky, card orders less so. Be prepared for a somewhat rude man to phone you and argue about it endlessly, and threaten you with being barred if you ever ask again.
