Firstly, we apologise for the confusion regarding the fee - this was an internal error made by our newest team member who had recently joined us. I can see that this was corrected by our Head of Production, and we informed you that this was an error and was sent by mistake.
Secondly, regarding your request to update the blog link, we always do our best to action link changes quickly and successfully, but we do have to be transparent in explaining that we can't guarantee changes 100% of the time because we do not own or control any of the sites we work with. I can see that we have already got this link updated for you, and we have confirmed this via email.
We truly value all our customers and are committed to continuous improvement. If there's anything further we can do to restore your confidence in our service, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.
