On 9/7 I ordered 3 T-shirts As I found an appealing website on Instagram. They arrived on 9/25. In my opinion this is an outstanding delivery time, considering we are in the middle of a global pandemic.

I appreciated the opportunities to track my commodities via a tracking link and via texts. Again, outstanding.

The 3 items ordered were:

1-Tennis Dad like a regular dad but cooler - Classic T-shirt/Athletic Heather (gray) /2XL

1-Dad the man the myth the tennis legend - Classic T-shirt/Athletic Heather (gray) /2XL

1-World’s best Tennis dad - Classic T-shirt/Light blue:2XL

The gray ones were of soft cotton and for perfect. The Light blue was a bit wide and made of a thicker cotton.

Overall-Excellent experience!

Consumers should remember that when ordering NOW,during a GLOBAL pandemic, all shipping and deliveries could be delayed 2-3 months. Think about it people!

I first order from this site in May for shirt for Father’s for my father, husband, and son as a gift for Father’s Day. There claim of time it would take to produce and ship is 2 weeks. Understandable right?! But I did not receive my order until August. Not to mention I would ask for an update and they would just slap a 20% refund on my account. Which I have not seen. They did this 3 times!! Instead of letting me know what was going on. Finally received part of my order and the print was on the back of the shirt instead of the front. Overall bad customer service and product is poor quality . The quality it cheap. Don’t purchase from the company! They don’t deserve a star.

Ordered a shirt for Father's day 2020.
Ordered on June 11th, had a delivery date listed as 6/19/2020.

As of AUGUST 5th, I still don't have the shirt.
Customer service reps aren't great, but from the looks of it, they have too many unhappy customers to handle.

They need to be WAY more transparent about how long the shipping is taking and from WHERE. Had I known or noticed they were not in the USA, I wouldn't have had higher hopes for short shipping time.

Print and product quality would have been higher if I had gotten this order in a timely manner. This "company" is under a number of different shell names because it continually gets poor reviews for bad customer service. The name of the company tied to the brick & mortar address is Tee Chip. They advertised at the beginning of June for people to order a T Shirt for Father's Day. The T Shirt arrived at the beginning of August - 6 weeks after Father's Day, and over 8 weeks after the order was placed. They should have stated that the shirts were not available immediately but would be manufactured weeks later. It was pretty lame handing my husband his Father's Day gift on August 3.

I ordered a father's day hoodie, arrived only today, 4th of August.Printing is so low budget. Very dissapointing! Wish I could share a picture of reality vs advertisement!

Like everyone else, I ordered a fathers day t-shirt based on an advertisement on instagram, and waited SIX WEEKS for delivery, well after the father's day holiday. Avoid these guys like the plauge.

They deserve zero stars but wasn’t an option!!! I ordered a shirt June 7th that took a month and a half to print. Then it finally said it shipped, and then it said it delivered! Never received the shirt! I contacted by filing claims as they don’t have any other form of customer service. I filed claims many times throughout this experience. Each time I was given another bs excuse! I have asked to be refunded multiple times only to be told that that is not their company policy. And they couldn’t refund because they are reprinting the shirt. Who knows if I will receive that one! Worst company ever. Please don’t buy from them!

I had a great experience the quality was worth any wait really didn’t mind the extra time I order 3 T-shirt and 2 sweat shirts or my husband and we both absolutely love them❤️😘

I ordered a Fathers Day tshirt in May. They did not say an estimated delivery time but this was their "Fathers Day Special" so I assumed it would come in time for Fathers day, especially since we were moving the end of June. It did not and they did not respond to email inquiries. The first week of July I got an email that it was being shipped. I had already moved out of my house by then so I don't know if it actually ever arrived.

4 stars due to print quality of the shirts, but you guys REALLY need to work on your delivery time! Recommend not placing an order if you are short on time. Recommend ordering 1-size bigger. My Customer Service inquiries were always answered timely (3 business day or so) and the information received were helpful. Keep in mind this is probably a small mom&pop start up company. But I do recommend this business to be more transparent about delivery time to avoid bad reviews. Overall the T-Shirts are great. All three fathers love their shirts even though they received it 30 days after Father’s Day. Order submitted 6/8 and received 1 of the 3 shirts on 7/8 and the rest of the order arrived on 7/20

I ordered a tshirt 13th June and have still not received it. I have been in contact with them but not convinced I will receive my order from the reviews I have read. Is there a place where you can file a formal complaint against this seller in the US. I’m concerned it is a complete fraud

I am convinced this is a scam. I also ordered on the 6th June for father's day and I am now being told it will arrive in September. There is no communication whatsoever, I requested a refund and no response.

They actually deserve 0 stars!!! Over one month and shirt I ordered on June 7 for Father’s Day still has not even shipped on July 15th. This company is a scam!! Do not order anything from them!!

Ordered shirt for fathers day early June and still haven't received it like all the others on here:( I understand COVID and the impact on businesses but businesses need to be more aware of what they can do during this time. There were a lot of advertisements for Father's Day and meeting the deadline. Maybe we will get it in time for next year's Father's Day :(

I placed an order for Father's Day on June 08. It is now July 13 and I still have not received my order. This website is not dependable or reputable, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible. Order placed 6/11. It is 7/10 and still no shirt and the online chat says they don't know when I will get it.

Placed my order the first part of June (maybe the 3rd or 4th) and item arrived June 20th, just in time for Father's Day (if we had been home, but we were out of town). However, he LOVES it and fits perfectly! I know with Covid-19 and so many things being shutdown I was very worried whether it would come in time, or even at all. We're very pleased with the t-shirt we got and would order again.

Worst company ever. Can’t speak to a live person. Ordered a T shirt on June 6th for Father’s Day. It’s July 9th and still haven’t received it!!! Their recording is the same every time I call. Complete SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Gave a 4 star only because it arrived late but the shirt is very nice and the hubby loved it. Regarding the 1 and 2 stars...Covid or not people need to have more patience and be kind. The world is suffering right now and people are upset over late mail delivery??? People are dying and loosing their jobs. Be thankful you were blessed enough to have a father and/or husband to give the shirt to. I will definitely order again from this company!! :)
