Once again Cristina and Lauren at the Watford Store have come up trumps!
Once again, Cristina and Lauren at the Watford Store have come up trumps. They know exactly what I am looking for when I go in. They go straight to the items on the shop floor or even to their backstock for extra items, which they think I may like too. I shopped for my other son on this particular trip and came away with a bag of birthday presents for and as a very happy customer. Thank you!!

I picked up my jacket ordered on line, quick and easy to do and the service was excellent, friendly and personal. And the jacket is lovely too - it's just too warm to wear it at the moment.

I love Fatface for its good quality
I love Fatface for its good quality. The friendly staff in the Watford store were so helpful. One thing though is to bring back the children's section.

Poor chaotic service
Ordered three items for my daughters on first day of sale. Chased order after 6 days and advised to wait. After 9 days finally received email to say arrived but when visited store was given a different order. I did inform staff the wrong number was on package but not interested and said I should wait for goods. I rang Customer Service who rang store but were unable to find original package. I was offered a refund but I wanted my goods!
