Easy to order and picking up in store was great. I also got to try on the items in store before leaving making any exchange or refund quick and easy.

I always love buying our clothes from fatface wether it's in the shop in Stirling or online as it's easy either way, the quality of the clothes are really put together and last a long time they don't really date if we go into the Stirling shop the staff are always lovely and very helpful

Visited the Stirling store looking for nice, smart shorts
Visited the Stirling store looking for some smart shorts and what a smart looking Fat Face it is. Tried a pair on but the fit wasn't quite right. In steps Christine, the nice assistant and suggests a pull on pair. I tried a pair and they fitted like a glove, however the colour wasn't what I wanted. No problem said Christine and took me to the till and showed me the range of colours available and I chose one that I liked and arranged for them to be delivered in a timely manner. Great customer service.
