Collection - Could be better.
Ordering was very straight forward I ordered to store, but did not receive a notification that my order was ready to pickup in store, which was slightly annoying. Had to make the journey to store not knowing if my order was ready to collect.
A text to me would have been most welcome to say ready to collect.

Ilogical ordering and poor customer service
I was unable to order the shoes instore as apparently there were only a few in the warehouse and the computor wouldn't let the young lady place the order, so i had to come home, place the order myself online, to be delivered to the store i'd just been standing in holding £25 in cash ready to pay!! Five days later i'm back in store collecting shoes which the store wasn't allowed to order for me! NO LOGIC and service at all, no
wonder shops are closing every day!
I must add rhe store staff were very helpful bit their hands were tied by the ridiculous computer system.

Beautiful Mosaic print top
Ordered a blouse in a size 12 online. It arrived very promptly but was too big. Went to my nearest store and the size 10 was perfect. The assistant changed it, no problem at all. Very friendly and helpful.
