Great experience.Mumbles needs a bigger shop
Great quality. Bought Sale items as on OAP wage now - but been a FatFace fan for yearrrrrrrs.
Wish Mumbles shop were larger , but online service is great if item not in stock or my size- getting delivered to shop a breeze and Staff helpful ( particularly the young male assistant who is brilliant at customer care- give him a payrise he deserves it!)

Dont think they do Fatface scheme of swapping 3 old Fatface items for 20% off there - which Im disappointed at? Correct me if Im wrong - I hadn’t asked in shop last visit..

Staff informed me at the Mumbles store that if I ordered on line I would get 10% off as they didn’t have my size in store and I just missed the previous offer. Delivery to store was on time.
