Making the purchase easy and being able to do a return at the shop with no problem
Placed an order on line for two blouses in 12 and 14 the 12 was just right and I returned the 14 to Macclesfield the lady was very polite returned the 14 with no problem.

Excellent customer service this morning in the Macclesfield store.
Cheryl and Sara could not have been more helpful in advising me on the trousers I bought and what would best go with them.

The pick up process was rather slow
The pick up process was rather slow, finding the record of the purchase, checking the details, then finding the parcel. Could/should have been a lot slicker.
Product itself was great, and price very reasonable.

Fabulous service
Ordered item online, needed to swap for a different size, went into store. Salesperson was extremely polite and helpful, even upheld my discount as it was a first order.

Online purchase.
We only have a small outlet in Macclesfield so being able to order online and have items delivered to the store for collection is ideal for me. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The dungarees I purchased fitted perfectly and are of excellent quality.
