When I went into my local Fat Face, I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who helped me to find some new shorts. I left with three new pairs in different styles and colours. Really happy with my new purchases, thank you again to Shannon.

customer service was excellent
Ordering was easy and customer service was excellent but the men’s jeans size 32 were too big and the 30 really small. Sizing not there yet. Customer service tried to help and made sure I got my discount after you mistakenly sent pyjamas in the first parcel.

Great sweatshirt
Easy to order. Website easy to navigate. Collected from store in couple of days. Actually swopped for a smaller size. Very pleased with sweatshirt. Nice and soft and good quality. Staff friendly, helpful and polite as always ! 😁

Great, chill store
We were served by Nathan in the Exeter store today, really great experience. He helped with some selections and sizes that weren't out on the floor and was generally just really kind and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Really chill atmosphere overall.

Poor communication
I ordered my goods on 22/4/24 to be collected in store in 3 to 5 working days notification by email.
After a week I d hadn’t received any emails so I telephoned on a Tuesday,the Exeter branch and was told they could see the order but as it was sale and there were lots of orders it may take 7 to 10 days so to call back in a few days
Therefore I phoned again on the Saturday nearly 2 weeks after the initial order and was told it was in and had been there since the 25/4/24
Where was the promised email ??
