Live the skirt!
I love the skirt. I found that the first skirt I bought was faulty. I was able to order a replacement right away online, and when I returned my original purchase, the staff could not have been more helpful. My refund came through in three working days. Well done Fat Face! Again!

Options of bigger sizes
Being able to find options in my size (14-16). Many stores never have many options this size, so I don't even bother going.

Great experience at Edinburgh store
We visited the Edinburgh George Street store over the weekend. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The clothes are great quality and I found a pair of jeans that fit perfectly!

The item I ordered was a perfect fit, but I could have exchanged it at the shop if I had wanted. It arrived in the shop ahead of scheduled date and the process of picking it up was quick and straightforward. After placing my order I was informed regularly about its "journey".
