Personal shopping experience
I had a consultation with Debbie the personal shopper/stylist in the Chester branch of FatFace , it was very enjoyable and Debbie was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was a positive and informative experience, I will recommend this service to my friends.

I had a lovely shopping experience yesterday at the Fatface store in Chester with Debs the personal stylist. She was very knowledgeable about the products they had in store. I tried on things that I would normally have walked past. Several items purchased so very happy.

Excellent Customer service
Visited the Fat face store in Chester on 22nd March 2026, the customer service was excellent. Debbie was absolutely brilliant with helping me choose clothes that suited me both with style and colour, I will definitely be returning to book in with her for a style consultation which is something they are offering to customers.
