The online ordering process is very straightforward and the collection in store is very efficient. Without a doubt the best shopping experience of any retailer in the high st . We use the Bromley store and the staff there are warm welcoming engaging and most of all interested in the customer which makes such a difference when everyone else seems like they couldn’t care less if you bought from them or not . We use Bromley most often but you get a similar experience regardless of which branch we use . Thank you Fat Face

Our experience in FatFace Bromley was excellent. The staff were helpful when we were changing a pair of slippers & chatted to us about the new stock that was coming in for Christmas. The manager & the two members of staff there made us feel valued customers & we ended up buying a winter jumper before we left! They knew their stock & their customer base.

Both members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made it a great experience.

I struggled to find the store so I called them. The lady (Catherine) I spoke to was so helpful and polite and she served me in store too. Very helpful staff and great ordering and click and collect process.

The customer service assistant (male) at the Bromley branch was so helpful and attentive. He helped me make a decision and made me feel that he was glad i purchased from Fat Face. I went to collect it approx mid day where i collected Order number: UKF1012906672, Hampshire Dry Wax Swing Coat. I also noticed him giving that extra service to another customer. I didn't get his name can you please thank him.

Slick order and delivery to local store process works well - used it a few times now and it is quick.

I had a good experience when returning an item for a different size. I called the Bromley store near me and Alison not only had the size coat put to one side but also a different colour without us having to ask.
As ever all the staff are friendly and helpful as Alison continued her help when we arrived with advise on which size was best.
It was a great experience and we left happy with our purchase

I bought this beautiful top today. As usual, Fatface quality is fantastic! The fabric is soft, gentle on the skin and I love the pattern, it's so stylish. The Customer Service representative was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy altogether. Thank you for another great item, Fatface!

I like getting my clothes from fat face you do plus size and you have the room they are to small just enough room lovely

I saw the dresses online and wanted to check out quality and colours so called into local store. Lovely quality and true to size. Staff friendly and store set out so you could see stock easily. Will definitely shop here again.

I somehow clicked the wrong branch when ordering my sandals for click and collect and between them they sorted it out and emailed me which was totally unexpected. I am very grateful to them both.

Angie and team at Fat Face Bromley branch are all fantastic, incredibly upbeat and helpful. I have been shopping in there for years; as a single girl and now as a married Mum. I always know when I go in there I will leave uplifted after a friendly chat with Ange and a bag of lovely clothes.
