Nice and easy to pick up from the shop

The FatFace store at Beccles is wonderful. The team there are always so helpful, professional and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and they help me to find the right items on line or in store. If I order on line I collect from Beccles and again the team are really helpful. I especially value the service I have received from Jamie.

The So disappointed items arrived late Brought a jacket over a £100 . It was creased . Can’t get the creases out
Also when taking a item back to the shop it had the wrong item number
So had to come home .Ring customer service
They told me it was no fault of my own to send it back by post
Had to ring customers service again still not refunded
I am so surprised with Fatface they use to be so efficient

Went into the Beccles store to spend a gift voucher that was given to me as a leaving present to find lots of lovely autumn stock and a very smiley assistant who helped me pick out an outfit. The Mae jumper that she picked out for me went really well with the Hove Jeans that I also tried on. She also helped me decide which colour looked best on me and I felt that she was very honest. Thank you to the young assistant with copper plaited hair

My first time of shopping at FatFace & certainly not disappointed. Cannot fault ordering, delivery time, returns or refunds. Quality of products are superb. Sale prices are so good. Staff at my Beccles branch are very helpful & friendly too.

Every time I shop at Fat Face I find that the customer service is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our local store has a range of clothes not too overwhelming but enough to be able to find something nice to purchase. The clothes are always of great quality. Well done Fat Face Beccles store for staying open on the high street. We need people to use the high street stores to ensure we don't lose the personal touch.

I live near a Fatface store and I also shop at Fatface online. The ladies at the store are always welcoming and helpful and online is easy to navigate. There’s always something special or necessary to wear for each season. The pricing is good and the quality is excellent.

The team at Fatface Beccles are amazing. They are always helpful and I absolutely love going into the store … frequently! Thank you Allie, Holly, Jamie and Jenny ( yes I have now learned your names!) for your care, chat etc not just for me but for all your customers. . You make shopping at Fatface Beccles an absolute pleasure. I love the range of clothes stocked there, lovely colours, styles etc. I also love the way it is so easy to order into store free of charge.

The staff are helpful.and have time to help you with a big smile.Delivery was spot on time. Nice selection of clothing. Fat face in beccles is a nice shop. I like the jeans because of comfort . Nice and stretchy denim .Nightwear is lovely warm and underwear is very pretty.

Ordered online and goods were delivered in store when promised. Great communication from Fat Face on order process and delivery time. Goods were the usual high standards expected from this company.

Every time I go into this store I notice it’s so well kept, which is really difficult in retail.

The staff are often re-organising something or talking about creative ideas to improve the customer experience.

This is lovely to see in an age where service is so often forgotten.
