Zip hoodies and 1 top
I love the quality of rhe clothes, the staff are very friendly, and helpful.
I ordered 3 zip hoodies, the same design but different colours in L , 2 fitted lovely but the navy one was tight over the tummy, so i ordered another exactly the same, that was tight again so i got my ££ back, but on ordering the 1st time i got 10% off so to get the right sjze i assume i will loose my 10% on another order,
Why does it vary even in same size, same design only difference is the colour, luckily i dont have to pay to return but as i would like 1 other different design i would have to pay p&p because its under postage rate for 1,

There loyalty to the company and it's customer's shows. Both in advising of clothing that will suit the customer's and fashion guidance where required.
I absolutely love visiting the store both for holiday clothes and clothes for specific occasions.

Another great Fat Face experience
Ordered on line and goods arrived quickly, needed to return a couple of things. I did this in store and was no problem at all. Made a couple of purchases while I was there. Staff were so friendly and helpful as always.

Excellent service from FatFace, I placed my order online and collected it from my local store which arrived in good time. The order was Christmas presents and some items had to be returned as they were the wrong size and so I brought it back to the store to return for me, saving on postage. First time I have used this service and will definitely use again in the future.

Normally Fat face dresses are true to size. But i ordered Haldon Watercolour Midi Dress for my daughter and unfortunately it was tight on her. I am 12 size , shoulder is even tight on me. Seems like they have stitched wrong size on label 14.

Phoned customer service today who helpfully rang the store and within minutes received a "please collect your order from store" email, wonder where my order was hiding?
