Aramex - the worst customer service ever
Chatbot not working and gives out a phone number that is disconnected. My order is at their depot but in the 'delivery problem' area and I am to contact them - nobody answers the phone, says to leave a message, the messge inbox is full, emails go unanswered. How does this company operate, its the most frustrating and third world courrier company I have ever had to deal with. Come on Aramex - get your act together!
How are they THIS bad!?
They thought they could change their name and nobody would notice. Every time I've bought something online and found out 'Amarex' is handling the package, I've never been able to track it, the useless peasant playing minesweeper and ignoring the phone refuses to pick up, and the drivers are always rude as hell - probably underpaid and overworked.
Seriously need to pick up the slack. I have no idea how this company is still functioning yet alone who would actually want to work there - there is no way in hell the pay is worth the abuse from pissed off customers. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Parcel was not picked up
My parcel was not picked up the courier company said they would arrange to pick up again with me they have not.

What address???
Because our road name is the same name as another road in Auckland, our parcels regularly get delivered there. These people can't seem to read the second line of the address, you know, the bit past the road name, that states what part of Auckland. Still, at 91% 1 star reviews, I doubt they care.

These guys r useless and rude. The delivery guy was rude a Fijian dude asked if I just woke up implying I don't have a job the frking loser. I had to find the idiot he was lost couldn't follow simple instructions... Also the admin messed my order up had to wait an extra month for my parcel. USELESS company never gonna use them ever.

Parcel was recorded as delivered when it was not. When the parcel did arrive all my fruit went missing off my tree, strange coincidence? Somehow I don't think so. Poor service and clearly the delivery drivers feel it's OK to help themselves to peoples property.

Absolutely terrible courier company, we have had parcel in transit for weeks, when you contact them you get a generic response back, from now on I will check what courier company is used before I buy online

I've been waiting and waiting for this parcel from 'the name stamp' which were 3 pkts of GLITTER PENS.
I finally got an order # and tracked it down.
I discovered that it was supposedly delivered on :
Friday @ 3.18pm on the 24th November 2023. It said it had been delivered into my letterbox...by Aramax Fastway Courier Service.
This is the 1st time in the 7 years I've lived here, that I've had a parcel 'stolen' from my letter box.
Aramax Fastway Courier, You'd think you'd tell your courier drivers that because it's heading to Christmas? to make sure to deliver parcels to the FRONT DOOR!...I'm home almost every day! I was at home on that day!
Now I'm paying for something for nothing!

The company needs to hand over to someone who can get it right. It's simple you pick up the parcel and deliver it to the address how do you send a parcel 600km wrong direction? And say sorry know good to me i paid for the parcel to get to me the fastest yes PAID and you can not get that right and it's not the first time you got it wrong with my parcel will have to make sure when they send parcels not to use you guys honest useless.

I've purchased 3 sep items from 3 sep sellers and aramax have lost all 3 one was only coming from Christchurch to nelson and they lost it and was not a small item either worst courier company in NZ I will not use them again if a company uses them I will shop elsewhere
Missing parcel for 3 weeks ZERO help from helpdesk
z30001306738 - your South African counterparts are the most incompetent courier service on the planet. 2-3 day delivery is missing after 3 weeks. We used Amazon and from USA to South Africa and arrived in 7 days. They dont pick up the phone - of you go in call que, you wait for 40minutes to be bumped back to called 12 and you want for another 40, and no surprise, it happens again. I think your brand damage is SA is sooooo bad and to the likes of Aramex, If I was you I would seriously reconsider removing them from your network. The incompetence is seriously world record setting par excellance!

Worse courier service ever cannot read the address right or instructions on where to leave parcel. Trying to contact Hamilton depot is also a joke on hold for an hour finally gave up which was their idea I guess ignore the issue Will recommend to our supplier to look into another courier service

Same Rotten apple in a new Carton. Deceptive feed back and the usual.. muck around. Loooooooooooooooooonnnnngggg! delays. Pity we (Customer) do not choose the delivery Courier otherwise these "artists" would be out of Business in a week. The Bad Feed Back and complaints against Fastway - Now masquerading as Aramax seem not to have changed one Bit in years. Latest example is an imported item. International Merchant feed back stated package had reached NZ Customs. Then "on it's way" (??) 4 -5 WEEKS!!! later Nich Nout Nothing! no sign of it. Dispute launched with Supplier then on the 3rd notice to them from me, they checked and assured me the item was now "Out for delivery" THEY MUST HAVE contacted Aramax! (my guess) ..as the very next day, Aramax (Fastway ChCh) contact me (Fri) to notify, item is being delivered. Get this! SATURDAY it arrives. Nothing arrives ...from any Courier (in my experience, on a Saturday in my area) Go figure! >>>One Month!!<<<< no sh..!

No pickups from the Cromwell based Aramex (Central South Island) for over two weeks, despite logging them in for pickup daily. The problem seems to be with the new franchisee, the drivers are certainly doing their best to help clear the massive backlog. Would be nice if they answered emails and acknowledged phonecalls etc etc. This must be hurting Aramex considerably.
