Just had my first VA onboarding call with Jeefran and Brenna. This is my first time hiring a VA and although I was slightly apprehensive about what to expect Jeefran and Brenna put me at complete ease and I really appreciated the time they took to understand my own experience as an Amazon seller, my goals/aims and the provided a comprehensive overview of the process each VA goes through from hiring/training and the additional support that's available. 3rd VA through Fast Track FBA
Working on getting my 3rd VA through Fast Track FBA. I started early on in my Amazon journey using onlinejobs.ph and didn't have very much luck with that. Going through Fast Track has made it much easier to get the VA's trained to my criteria and grow my business. I chose fast track FBA for their VA matching services for my business after a few month of following Tom on youtube. Disappointing Experience with Undertrained Virtual Assistants
I was disappointed with the quality of the virtual assistants (VAs) provided. Despite spending $1,000 with the expectation of receiving well-trained VAs, the results were far from satisfactory. The training they receive is based on a low standard, so when tasked with anything beyond that, their performance falters significantly. For example, I can find 2-3 leads within a few hours, yet the VAs couldn't find even a few leads during an 8-hour shift, highlighting the poor quality of their training. Paying $500 per month, you would think they are at least decently qualified and trained to search for Amazon leads, but that was not the case. The first VA quit, and the second one underperformed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services if you are looking to hire a VA. The best recommendation I can give is to hire a base VA through onlinejobs.ph or other similar sites and train the VA yourself. The company has replied saying my criteria of 200 sales a month was too high and I understood that. As a result I brought my criteria down with my second VA to 50 sales a month with 20-30% ROI. The VA still struggled to find leads matching this criteria. If the VA’s can’t even match this then I don’t know what to say.

The best VA service I have found
Ive always found hiring staff a tricky business and I've learned that finding the right person requires both recruiting skills and unfortunately some unavoidable risks, and I found Fast Track to have some really effective assessment processes to find high quality candidates based on our criteria.
