Bought their fiber and talked with support about the fact that it is installed in the building but it’s only a cable in the stairwell and not in my apartment. They said it was fine and the technician would fix it. The technician arrived a month later and said it wasn’t possible and there were so many things wrong. I then called them again and they didn’t have another internet option that made sense for me, so I wanted to cancel it. A few days after they pulled 700dkk from my bank account without saying anything in advance. It was apparently because of the technician, but he didn’t do a thing… I called them and they couldn’t help.
UPDATE
Fastspeed reached out and wanted to refund med for the technician. I was very pleased with that. Although I wished I was heard when I first called and let them know about the inconvenience.

Hi, I’ve been without internet since yesterday. Fastspeed informed me that the connection would be restored by 22:00, but now, one day later, I still don’t have internet.
I also haven’t received any updates or additional information. Their support (which is only available via chat on weekends) has not responded to me, even after waiting for about an hour.
This lack of communication and delayed resolution is very frustrating.
