Communication and quality were both great. This was a busy season for the team and the order ended up a little behind schedule, but they communicated clearly with us to set clear and fair expectations, and we should have ordered a little earlier.

FastPrinting is great, could be even better!
Customer service and communication is great.
It would be very helpful if the customer (me) had an online account to view order details, status of orders and shipment/tracking links. This would also minimize time on both sides with endless email threads.
The fastprinting email thread is crazy long and hard to read.

Disappointed at First
Disappointed at first. However, the Issue was Delt with promptly.
50 Notebooks were printed without any lines to write on and brown backing on the whole page, so no writing was able to be seen.
After voicing my disappointment with the notebooks with Sam via email, Sam organised to have some notebooks reprinted and sent to me asap. Follow ups were also made to ensure the product was printed correctly and that I was happy with the final product.
While the first experience wasn't great, the way the issue was resolved has left me positive about using Fast Printing again.
