Scammers. Do not Trust.
This company is a scam. They lure you in with a cheap package, then recommend unnecessary classes, claiming they are mandatory to avoid trademark rejection. However, they won't take action until you contact them multiple times. When questioned, they provide excuses, such as "the government takes its own sweet time," despite trademark serial numbers being generated instantly.
When pressed, they will file a single-class service mark application, which is not what you need, and provide a fake receipt from the USPTO. In my case, they charged $1050 + $35, claiming to file a TEAS STANDARD application in 3 classes ($350/class), but instead filed a TEAS PLUS application under 1 class ($250/class) just to provide a serial number and sent me a fake USPTO receipt for $1050. I have all the documentation trail and will be reaching out to the USPTO soon.
