I moved from my previous label supplier to Fast Labels some time ago and I'm so glad I did. I must say that their service and communication is excellent. The quality of the product is just right. Absolutely delighted with the service provided by FastLabels. I've used them many times before and will use them again. The design review for my latest order highlighted an improvement I could make. I contacted support and Georgia made it incredibly easy to tweak my order.

Had an issue with my delivery and the parcel was lost. Contacted fast labels they got back to me very quickly and rectified the issue. New labels sent out with speedy delivery so I got my labels in time for my event. Thank you guys!

I always judge a company on how they respond to problems and issues.

I recently sent a first order to fast labels that came back with a small problem ( which was really my fault). I contacted fast label to see why and if anything could be done. They were superb - not only did they do a reprint, but also helped guide me through the issue and solution - they could not have been more helpful and supportive. I now just received the labels and they are perfect!

Would I recommend them - definitely!
Would I reuse - Absolutely!

Fantastic customer service and quality!

I used Fast Labels for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I’m very impressed. I was a little nervous about ordering online but I didn’t need to worry at all. The labels are great - the colour is an exact match and the adhesion is perfect. Georgia was so helpful, took ownership and made sure the labels arrived in time for a big event. I will definitely be using Fast Labels again.

I have just used this company for the first time and orders some labels - it was easy, quick and a reasonable price.
When I get my proof and eventually my labels I will say more.

Great service again. I use this company quite often and on this occasion sent in artwork to be printed. On checking this I realised that I needed changes to the artwork. I contacted and spoke with Georgia who was extremely helpful and made the necessary adjustments to my order allowing me to provide my new artwork and for the order to be amended as required. This was a quick and straightforward process. Great customer service, thank you.

Had a very very poor service on my last order with their customer service team. I was then contacted a few weeks ago from one of their agents, from a different website (my last order was placed with discount sticker printing, I was contacted by fast labels, same company) asking me to give them a second chance, was promised all sorts, told that they had changed their response times and how their customer service team worked. Also told that they do a price beat. Their footer states:

PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE – If you’ve found a lower price elsewhere, show us and we can beat it. Don’t go straight to a different supplier, as we could give you an even lower price on the same day.

No special terms or conditions. Gave them a price beat, was left ALL DAY chasing for answers from them, to then be told 'oh no sorry we can't do it!' It's not a UK company.
YES IT IS. UK branch, UK vat number, UK address, UK phone number. You would think after the poor service they gave last time, they would at least try! The price beat is a poor gimmick, that left me with a day wasted, and a very poor excuse as to why they wouldn't do it.
a) contacted ME and asked me to come back to them and informed me of the price beat
b) Left me ALL day chasing this to then tell me no you can't do it.
c) Make false claims on their footer and you website
d) Treating a customer like this, who had very very poor customer service before, then contacted me to ask me to come back, waste my time and then tell me you can't do anything anyway.

Then I asked for a manager to contact me, no response, surprise surprise!

Always so helpful - our business is scaling and the team at fast labels are always there to make the process so much easier as our orders get bigger - as a small business its so reassuring to find a company that you trust to always deliver.
