Borderline predatory will not let you cancel subscriptions

I had inadvertently deleted my sister‘s email package whilst trying to connect her domain name. In a state of panic, I phoned Fasthosts to see if there was anything they could do. JMS answered my call and in spite of my incoherent, panicked ramblings, he managed to restore the mailbox before my sister found out! Eternally grateful!

Rochelle was amazing - she probably saved me from a complete nightmare of loosing my emails by making sure the emails are backed-up properly before upgrading to a new package. Although Kate could not give me an instant answer to my query, it only took her less than a minute to get the answer and resolve the issue right away.
As ever I am completely satisfied with the support I receive from Fasthosts and will continue to use their services as i have done for many years.

Very helpful team. Alex and Jeff were brilliant.

With Climen's help I made a registry change that I would never have done myself. Then I setup the Exchange variant of Outlook on my Home PC.

Almost immediately, my mail, contacts, calendar and notes were visible again. I am so pleased with the result.

I have used Fasthosts for 20 years plus and have always got good service. today I had a problem with our website and I called and spoke to Enrico he was fantastic. very understanding and very technically minded and got the website up and running in about 40 minutes.
