Well I can see it is useful...felt scammed

Well I can see it is useful. I used them for passport renewal... when I got to post office to have my photo taken and mail my old passport the USPS was like, "you didn't need to pay for this...." Honestly, I felt scammed. Never again.

Good experience could be improved

I had a very good experience filling this form out online, the instructions were clear, the process was fluid and the form easy to fill. The output was the form completed with Correct information on the correct place. Only issue was that it didn’t accept special characters, specifically accent mark on vowels (my maiden name, and my parents’ names in Spanish have an accent marks That the form didn’t except and instead substitute for gibberish that I had to erase and correct typos.

Very Misleading

This service is very misleading. They charge you money for a service that can be done free through a government website or office. You are asked to complete a series of questions with the idea that they will be completing the entire process for you, but instead give you a completed government form that you still have to print out and either mail in with an original form of documentation or take to your local SSA office. These forms are available for free through government websites. Would not recommend.

Everything was done very efficiently

Everything was done very efficiently, and was much easier than the previous attempt by me. I am 87 and do not focus as well as I did.
I now wish to renew my Canadian passport which expired many years ago. I was born in Vancouver, Canada.
