This is my third time working with this company. I recommend my family and friends to get their LLC’s snd sellers permit thru them. Best company hands down!

Fast Filings has been absolutely unbelievable and incredible. I worked with a few different staff on their team who were all so knowledgeable and responsive.

Saying they are life savers is an understatement. Here is what happened:

-I ordered their service to file for a New Jersey annual report for my LLC. I had a deal on the line and the bank would not give me the loan because my entity was in bad standing. I thought I just needed to file an annual report to resolve the bad standing but I couldn't figure out how to do it through NJ directly. So I went through Fast Filings because it seemed sooo much easier and more convenient than going through the state.

-Fast Filings was so helpful and they figured out that my LLC had some issues and outstanding penalties and missed filings with the state beyond just the annual report, and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. So not only did the find the problem, the provided the clear solution to fixing the problem!

-They were so communicative and easy to work with, and I had them go ahead and fix all of the issues. I had no idea my entity was not in compliance and they got it all fixed and resolved.

They saved the day - if they didn't get all of this figured out and resolved I would have lost a huge real estate deal that was on the line.

SCAM . I attempted to pay a legitimate government business filing fee and was redirected to this company’s website without realizing it was not official. After submitting my payment, the confirmation email came from a completely different address, which is when I realized this was a scam. I tried replying to the email and calling the company, but there is absolutely no way to contact a real person. No customer support, no response — nothing. I am now canceling and replacing my credit card to protect myself from further fraudulent charges. Avoid this company at all costs.

The are very fast to do there job, after filling the form from there website to dissolutions of my business, I paid then they sent me an email confirmation of payment and said they will contact me in 24 hours. I was waiting for them to contact me for maybe more information, but after 72 hours I get email with dissolution letter. I was very suppressed. Thanks for the great service keep it up.

The company was SUPER FAST in expediting my application and especially in being responsive to an urgent need since I am about to have surgery. Their responsiveness, along with the ease in contacting them and their swift response, was such a relief at a really stressful time. I highly recommend this company -- they're worth every cent that they charge!

I placed an order with FastFilings on September 20th to obtain a New York Sales Tax Permit. As of October 20th, I have received nothing.

Their email responses are generic and unhelpful — they cite “processing times” and “government delays,” but the State of New York typically issues this permit within days when filed directly through the official portal. FastFilings adds no value; they simply take your money and vanish behind automated replies.

After researching further, I found dozens of similar complaints on the BBB and Trustpilot — consistent stories of unfulfilled orders, misleading claims, and refund refusals. The positive reviews appear suspiciously fake and templated.

For anyone reading this:
✅ File your permits directly through your state’s official site.
🚫 Do not give FastFilings your payment information.
💳 I’ve filed a dispute with my Credit Card company and reported them for deceptive business practices.

And before FastFilings posts their predictable reply — claiming they “don’t have this customer on file,” or that I must have “bad credit,” a “negative filing,” or “failed to respond to emails” — let me be clear: my order was placed under my real legal name, and I have complete documentation of the transaction, payment, and correspondence to prove it. I’m using my public name here for privacy. None of their usual excuses apply. The truth is simple: this company routinely fails to deliver the services it promises, then attempts to discredit legitimate customers rather than resolve their complaints.
