They scam their customers when you try…

They scam their customers when you try to cancel service and are trying to charge me for a full month that I don’t want. I cancelled and they are charging me anyway stating it takes two weeks to cancel. I will do a charge back with my credit card company. Fasterway to Fat Loss is a skanky scammer company. They also increased the cost of the program without notification. They SUCK. Don’t trust em.

Might be just a front to sell a sports drink?

I initially liked the meal plan and the general approach. However, it morphed into just a front to peddle or pitch some sort of energy or electrolyte drink. I was put off by the workouts when they asked me to do over- the -head weight lifts three days in a row. That’s not good training. But then they started to pitch that drink during the workouts! They don’t care about the workouts, just about selling that drink. The coach did a hard sell on the drink. Then I received a text while driving asking me to buy that drink! My phone number isn’t even listed under my profile so I can’t delete it. After all the hard sells there’s no way I would buy that drink, but the hard sells for the drink did cause me to be very suspicious of the program and to try and cancel my account. I’ve asked them to delete all of my contact info. We’ll see.

Buyer beware - A quick-buck business after your money.

Buyer beware. Mirroring the other comments I've seen about hidden fees and silent “upgrades”.

I was opted into this program by a family member. I do not use it. I asked FWTFL to cancel it.

It’s an abrasive user experience without self-serve options. There is no “cancel my account” option after sign in.

There is also no “unsubscribe” button in emails. Just the portal link to a useless screen.

Customer service is non-existent. Emails with specific problems and user experiences were ignored.

They were clear about drawing a line in the sand and burning a bridge for $100.

I’m expected to eat another charge and they’ll cancel for me next go-round.

They told me they had my authorization and things “I agreed to” when I signed up.
I didn’t sign up. I stressed that.
I don’t use the application. I stressed that as well. It’s not even on my phone!

Apparently, they get their hands on any credit card with anyone’s name from anyone else and that’s good enough.

A quick-buck-business in lieu of user experience or service of any kind.
