If zero star was allowed I would have given them. They're fraudsters. I was scammed of 10$ since February and close my account for no reason. No refund made. Total scam. Your last reply from the chat was 6weeks ago no no option to refund my 10$

They works, but so slowly. Support responds but not as often as I would like. Sending money is unstable. You can try them if you aren't in a hurry.
PS. This is from my personal experience, maybe I'm unlucky.

Atrociously slow customer support.

Atrociously slow customer support for a website that handles currency transactions, there are businesses that rely on it's services to make money, and these people put a NON-EXISTENT spending limit on 'guest users. But for whatever BS reason, have their page set up to make you think you'll get in touch with somebody within the next 12 hours, WRONG. Now I assume they'll give me some LIE about how long it's taken and how they've had an increase of users, ALSO WRONG, it's summer time so the amount of people actually signing up goes down unlike winter times, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS REGARDING MONEY, RAN BY MID.EAS SCAMMERS FOR YOUR IDENTITY!!

Good day. I have regretted using fasterpay as a reliable app for my withdrawals. I made transactions for the past 14 days and my withdrawals have been pending. I have been seen as a lier and someone that cannot be trusted by those I am owing money. I have recently gotten police treats and fasterpay has been the cause of this disgrace as they have taken so long to allow my withdrawals. I have pleaded for a quick review on Facebook messenger and even sent them mail severally but all I have got is more reasons to regret. Please, kindly do the right thing as soon as you can.

Stay far away from “faster”pay

Opened an account. Uploaded all my details. Then they asked me to send an actual selfie with my ID. I did all of that. They then proceeded to question why my passport is different from my country of residence. After answering all their questions thoroughly, I am being ignored. This is a real violation of personal information and extremely unprofessional. Never experienced this in my life. I have messaged numerous times but absolutely no response. My advice is to stay faaar away. There are better, more trustworthy competitors.

Says a lot that I went through the effort to register a trust pilot account just to write this review.

This guys are a big time scam

It's a pity I can't upload a picture here, I said this guys are bunch of scammers. After my review here 2 days ago I was told to message them on Facebook which I did but just for them to tell me to inform the sender to verify his/her account after telling them this below more than 2 weeks now

I don't have the person's contact as we only transact on a crypto p2p platform where he bought crypto and decided to pay with fasterpay, and I believe no one can send money out of fasterpay without verifying their account according what you guys told me when I just registered. so I agreed to accept fasterpay payment because I know if he's able to send money to me then he's account has been fully verified.
so if he's yet to verified his account what does that have to do with me? it's over a month now where would I find someone that we only transact on crypto p2p platform?

It's more than 2 month and 2 weeks now and you're just telling me to go and tell sender to verify account how does it concerns me? Why don't you have the seller verify their account before allowed to do any transactions as you did to me? Now I only had a transaction with sender on a crypto platform and since then we never had encounter I don't even know the person so if they have issue verifying their account talk to them directly why sending me? You allowed transaction to go successfully you're now telling me after we've completed our transaction to inform them to verify account who does that now? Please just release my fund I'm fed up of your useless account

Your account was restricted due to the unusual activity pattern it was used. The source of funds (sender) should verify their accounts first with FasterPay. Once they are able to comply with the verification process, you should be able to use your funds again.

I contacted them at the END OF MAY regarding a payment to Doggoland which they said would be refunded in 3-7 working days, since then I have had one email telling me to wait as my bank may take longer to refund it to my account. The Halifax has done most transactions within a couple of hours so 7 working days is a long time, however still no refund, no response to the 24/7 chat and support message I sent 2 weeks ago or the email I sent telling them still nothing. In fact no response at all from the company and between it all we have registered my mums death and buried her all with no contact from this company. Save yourself hassle and use Paypal who imo give a far superior service

I chatted them so far for fund reversal but remedy has been made.
