Slow, demanding, unhelpful, expensive & arrogant.

Asked for too much information; not real consumer friendly; disappointed in service

What a terrible company. I paid almost 200$ and after 3 months STILL have not received my birth certificate. I almost missed my work trip to Spain because of these people. I never review businesses but this is insane how you can't even call a actual person with them!!! I emailed them almost every day and always got the exact same response. What a scam. I hope someone sues them.

The girl was friendly but made one mistake on my birth certificate.

they got it done fast and without much to do..they were with me thru the whole process...

In an attempt to expedite the process; after reading disclaimer that additional documentation may be required, I emailed a copy of my drivers license. I sent multiple emails asking for confirmation, delivery status, etc., and no one responded to my requests. Shipment required signature and I had to drive 40 miles to the UPS service center to pick up my package. They did provide what I needed but their customer service is non existent!!! I was relieved to get my birth certificate in time but feel I paid too much and it was a horrible experience from start to finish.

super fast service just a little pricy but all in all I would use them again

They are rip off. They will take your money. Don't bother with trying to get any support. They just give u the run around.

To have been given the total before you are already committed to pay would be nice. I paid $172.xx and was not happy

Way to expensive to be that slow. I ordered in June and didn't receive until September. 3 months people, 3 months.

It wasn't fast. The state I requested the birth certificate was backlogged so it took much longer than what is advertised. While the document was sent as soon as they had it, it took four weeks to get. I am not sure if using the service, I received my certificate any faster than if I had contacting the state records offfice directly.

I had serious doubts, but it happened fast. Holy moly. Worth the $$$ for piece of mind when a vacation is on the line.

I still haven't received my birth certificate and never had any updates. The only communication I could have with your company was via email (no phone number provided for customer service) and always got the same canned response to my inquiries. I directed my wife to report your company to the Better Business Bureau just yesterday. I'm not sure if she has yet. If you want to make this right do it promptly by sending me the documents I paid for almost 6 months ago!
