Very Bad Experience with this company. Due to their technical glitch i lost my money. I had the chat history where they had accepted their technical error but didn't bother to get any favorable reply.
I had deleted my old bank account which was registered earlier on fasset portal and updated the new bank details. As old bank account is closed. When i requested for my withdrawal of money they transferred to my old bank account. Very unprofessional service. Client have to bear the consequences of thier glithes.

Fasset is indeed a fascinating development and I have just started exploring it. So this is an initial pulse.
First, Fasset, With its greater goal of providing a marketplace for investors supporting a sustainable infrastructure, also addresses a much-desired need for the crypto investors in the region. It is a well defined responsive platform that allows trading (and much more) in key cryptocurrencies. The list will only grow. It offers an inviting zero-fee trade though there are other fees for withdrawal, OTC, card usage fee plus currency margins, etc and likely not be the cheapest at this juncture. However, it is understandable that as the space grows and better economies of scale is attained, we can expect more currencies to be introduced and more of the fees (extent of fees) to be rationalized. Overall it is a great development with good quality, visibility and great promises. My initial experience including on boarding has been very smooth and encouraging.
And finally, the additional and very critical brownie points come in here that are totally attributable to the quality of support that I got so far. Kudos to Noor, Nuri and team.
I will certainly love to see Fasset grow grand.

I had initiated a withdrawal on 24th June and did not see the credit in my account in the next 2days. I contacted your customer care by mail and with their assistance got the credit. Infact this is the 1st time it has happened like this delay, else before that all my withdrawals got credited to the account within 24 hours. Thanks for the support . I have recommended your website to many of my collegues and now i have started giving them some trainingalso , on how to use your portal. Thanks
