Ordered a bracelet from them for my…

Ordered a bracelet from them for my son, it was supposed to be 8.99 plus postage 16.79 was taken from my bank.
It turned up very poor quality something you would see a child make. Tried to contact them kept getting a message saying you haven't ordered from us, your email is not recognised. I sent them photos of envelope with customer reference on it picture of bracelet and slip of paper that was inside with their email address on. Whatever you do dont order from them.

A poor nail clipper did arrive, but…….

A unbranded nail clipper did arrive via Yodel after some three weeks, alleged by Shaoke as from the USA but in fact over-labelled from ‘China Post’.
Price taken by credit card had about doubled from original advert due to added VAT and ‘postage insurance’. Copious tracking updates involving Shaoke indicated USA transit and USA customs delay which seemed ok; but involving multiple companies loses track of a transaction which ultimately appeared under an honestly delivered Yodel label overpasted on the ‘China Post’ label.
It doesn’t add up or look as if the USA is involved at all.
The unbranded item looks ineffectively small in a plain tin and is just not very good.
Original advert was on Facebook leading to a very dubious audit of the Fashiotriem transaction.

Buyer beware

Sx̌Ordered an item several months ago. It never arrived. Many 'fob off' emails & no refund. DO NOT TRUST
Update - I've been offered a refund deducting cost of item plus P&P or I can reorder but have to pay again. Buggers belief
