Terrible experience.
I never received my order. To get a refund i need to return the order. How do you return an order that you never receive ??!!!

After 3 months i’m told that my delivery was destroyed and it will not be delivered. instead I’m offered a PARTIAL refund. What a scam !

Finger weg von hier. Sehr schlecht Qualität und nur gelt Verschwendung, PayPal hilf auch nicht.

It’s a scam and probably now out of business as their website disappeared! No goods delivered and they have my money!

I wish I could give minus 5 stars . How is it even allowed that this company could operate in Europe . Stuff is coming from China . I’m still waiting after one month

The deliveries take very long .
Although they state that there is a return process- they try to convince you to keep the items and get a voucher . The whole business is very customer unfriendly . I am still waiting for an item after 4 weeks . I would like to send one item back, but I do not get a return label. I payd already , of course .

Don't buy from this company.
Not easy to return products and you need to send it back to China at your own coast which can be around €80. Be really careful. They operate like scammers.

I ordered a tan wollen coat. Instead I got a red polyester coat and the company "offers" me to send it back to China at my own cost. The coat came without a label (which I think is technically illegal???) Horrible people, nasty company. Do not shop there, they are scammers!!!!

The first coat Bestellung #229*** was incorrect manufacture, short arms, incorrect colour and poor quality, this was requested for a full refund, but it was refused - stating ONLY a credit would be given, so we ordered another type.
Now the second one Bestellung #240*** is the same, - incorrect manufacture, short arms, incorrect colour and poor quality - generally very poor quality, so we would like a full refund.
Now trying to get a refund, they initially stated on the first claim you CANNOT get a refund but only a full value credit note, which we did.. We ordered the second coat and paid a little extra and yes this coat is actually worse than the first!! So try to claim again and leave this company, but the AI emails from either Jennifer, Jhanna or Joanna :-) immediately reply stating either more info required and when they finally agree to a partial refund of 70% & 30% credit, meaning we just need to confirm to them we agree they start the whole process again.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Also maybe if enough of us report them to - European Consumer Protection Agency - something may get done?
Update. Now they state only 10% refund and 50% credit!! Amazing as it was this morning partial refund of 70% & 30% credit!!

Don’t buy products on this page!!! It’s a scam!!! I ordered things there and those arrived so late. Then when they finally arrived, they are not like the pictures, bad quality and awful. I claimed about that and required them to return all merchandise (it says that you can do it), and they won’t answer any email.The phone number is fake/false and they are not in Netherlands or Germany. All products come from China. I have waiting for an answer till now. DON’T buy in this page!!!

I algo got burned. They make it so, so that you cannot send the article back. They send it to you from Germany but it is actually China and you have to send it back to China! not ok at all. I eould recommend staying away from them

Diese Firma ist eine Katastrophe. Die Ware ist schlecht. Eine Rücksendung muss nach CHINA vorgenommen werden und die Kosten trage ich. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, dass diese Firma so agieren darf. Bitte lasst die Finger davon.

This company is a disaster. The goods are bad. A return must be made to CHINA and I will bear the costs. It is an outrage that this company is allowed to act like this. Please keep your hands off it.

They basically robbed me. I ordered 2 dresses for 70€, first of all the dresses don’t look nothing like in the pic, second of all the material is cheap and it looks like it was made by child. Never again!!!!

It took them ages to answer me about a return and then they told me that I have to send my order back to china and pay for whole the return. The quality of the products is really bad. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything.

Bad quality, Bad Customer Service. I got a jogging suit with a lot of open seams, I tried to get a repayment but they didnt accepted it. Dont buy there!

An online site with very poor staff. Their products have no quality at all and their prices are very high. Please, please do not buy from this site.
