Absolutely perfect! Everything described was what I received! I will be shopping with fashionphile again! And then on top of the actual item they refunded me the cost of a discount code! I tried a discount code that didn’t work but come to find out it was my error I had the wrong text. They still granted me the discount! I couldn’t have been happier! Worth it
The description and additional requested pictures were helpful for this first time Fashionphile shopper. I wasn’t sure what to expect once I received a bag that only noted “light scratches” on the hardware. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Other than some tiny scratches where the strap connected to the bag, the bag was completely flawless. Those scratches would be unavoidable by only taking the strap on and off a few times. It was totally worth purchasing this LV Capucines bag pre-loved to save a little over 2k.
I particularly was drawn to the refund policy. It made me feel more comfortable purchasing the bag knowing if it doesn’t match the description or photos I received, I wouldn’t need to argue about penalties or restocking fees to send it back. You shouldn’t be penalized for not agreeing with the condition stated in the descriptions.
I will certainly order from Fashionphile again.
