Great company I purchase a Louie…
Great company I purchase a Louie Vuitton 60 duffle bag and it was brand new. Even though the pictures showed a small stain inside when I got it the stain was hardly visible. So don’t be scared of the pictures the camera makes things look bigger than they really are in my opinion. I’m so happy with our bag came with a certificate of authenticy and a dust bag. I will continue to buy more stuff from them for my wife’s bday and anniversary. I saved $2,200 not buying from Louie Vuitton directly. And I just came back from France and the prices there sky high like in USA Louie Vuitton. Please don’t hesitate to buy with fashionphile they only carry the best purchased products out there. owner in Florida.

Takes Forever
The shipping is slow. They create a label so you think that the item shipped but UPS doesn't receive it for at least two days later. Also, if you need to return something, it takes forever to get a refund. If it's a piece of jewelry, by the time they get around to re-authenticating it and refunding your money - you can be waiting 2 weeks (if you're lucky) from the day they receive it from UPS. This customer service needs improvement. The wait times are unacceptable.

the bag was great, however..
the bag was great but i had to follow up with the store multiple times to see if they had shipped my order.. it was marked as shipped but only the label was created and was held at the store for 3 days before actually dropping it off at ups. for promised 2 day shipping i feel like this was a bit misleading from a customer standpoint. other than this the bag was in the expected condition with no complains.

Slow shipping
A little stressful because shipping was slower than expected. Expected delivery date was Thursday, spent all day at home waiting for the bag and it didn’t come. Next day I was leaving on a trip and had to frantically call and argue and beg UPS to deliver the bag before I had to leave to the airport. It all worked out but was extremely stressful and upsetting and it’s the main thing that prevents me from getting bags more often from Fashionphile - is the super slow shipping. Luxury bags should be shipped overnight. This took over a week from order placement.

Excellent service. I saw this Kelly 28 had been put on a special markdown. Bag arrived more quickly than last time I ordered. It was in nice condition and per the description but I thought there was something a little off about the shape of the top - I was leaving for France the next day so I decided to return it and see what I could find on my trip. The return was easy I went to the Fashionphile down town LA and they were very easy to deal with the showroom was immaculate. If I don’t find a bag in France while on holiday I will be back on Fashionphile to shop with confidence.
