failed to deliver goods, tell me contact police get them back, dont use them

Recently purchased a pair of 95s which were hard to find and got through to fashionfiends and sourced me a pair within 3 days great people and great experience

I ordered a tracksuit for my grandson on 01/12/24. By the 15/12/24 the order was still processing so I cancelled the order. I am now having to go through PayPal to get my money back. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service atrocious and I would never use them again. I am almost £190 out of pocket. Be very careful
