OK so this sham of a company have no problem with taking your money but don't seem to understand that in return they are supposed to send your items😡

I've spent two days trying to find out…

I've spent two days trying to find out why there is no record of my order on your system whilst the money has already been taken from my account. I've been hung up on twice by people who insist it isn't their problem and have no solutions. You are a disgraceful, despicable, incompetent company who are scamming people during the holidays.

Never again. SCAM

I have been waiting for my order 700065607, after several emails where I was asking the status of my order this morning it got canceled.
After checking now the item is still available on their website.
This is a scam!!!!

My order got cancelled for no reason

I made an order on 25/07/2022, No.700064402, I was waiting for it to be sent, on 26/07 I received the email to tell me my parcel was sent, I was trying to track the delivery but UPS didn't show the progress, then on 28th they sent me automatic email to tell me the refund is on the way, but I didn't cancel my order, I still want the bag I bought, and when I check on the website it's still in stock, when I call the customer hotline it says "the number is not authorised"?????? I don't understand the operation, the customer service is not reachable, no reply for the email I sent to ask. Ridiculous and Bad experience.

So i bought a handbag for the first…

So i bought a handbag for the first time via paypal delivery time was about 5 working days. I received my order number as normal as normal and waited a few days before contacting the UK line generally to see if im going to receive it by that date. The person on the other end of the line could not seem to find my order after a few attempts of trying to find it. I was asaked to send an email which i did. The final response after going back and forth was 'your order was cancelled due to a technical error and to use a different browser etc and replace order'. I raised a complaint with paypal and received my refund within a few days. I didnt write any review or anything as i understand these impact on businesses. So i STILL gave then company the benefit of the doubt and replaced my order, the same handbag only a few days later, again via paypal. Monies were cleared as normal and received my order number via email again. So i thought i'd chase up on email just to confirm my order was definitely received. The first response was, AGAIN your order had to be cancelled due to technical error etc etc'. Literally so mad about this now and will be raising a complaint further again... I will STILL give the company the benefit of the doubt however ONLY if they send me the item first and then i will send funds over. That trust from a customer to a merchant has gone, now i think its only fair you show that trust back to myself now.

Well 1st and last time I've ordered from this company.
I ordered 3 designer handbags which stated shipped to courier UPS . I've been tracking daily for over a week and it's been stuck on label created. This obviously means they have not recieved it to deliver to me.
I contacted and was told in an email the courier missed the delivery time and to wait another 5 working days if I've still not recieved to contact them again. So 4 hours later (today) I checked my account again and gob smacked to see my order says returned. I telephoned and the gentleman was very incompetent in answering my questions and couldn't explain a god damn thing to me. Said it's maybe because of Brexit. What a laugh. I then telephoned the 0800 number which is non existent . Absolutely shocking is all I can say. I want an immediate refund now , I feel like I have been scammed. Never again will I order from this company.

I placed an order with number 700052002 and it had to be delivered between 30 and 31 December but to date it is still in preparation, I called the service center but they told me they don't know when it will be shipped. could I know the shipping date and if it will arrive by December 31st?

Is this a SCAM?

I placed an order and paid for a MK bag on 01/12/2021, a parcel arrived on 13/12/2021 which contained a childs iphone XR cover!!!

I have been phoning customer services and all they say is that someone will call me back, no one has so far. The last time I rang the representative just hung up on me. I have been emailing also with no response.

I have paid £147 for unwanted phone cover and am starting to think this is all a big scam!!

This was a Christmas present for my daughter who is going to be very disappointed.

Beware!

I have purchased from Fashionette a few times and I was really pleased with the service and goods until now.
I purchased and paid for a bag on 26th November 2021 (it is for a Christmas present so I thought this was ample time) however I still have not received the bag on 15th December despite the fact that it is still in stock on their website. I have sent 3 emails and still have not received a reply, I have spoke with 2 of the customer service team who have been pleasant but tell me they can do nothing except pass my message on! They are good to purchase from if everything runs smoothly but if you have a problem they do not want to know!

Not delivered, rude personnel and costumer care

I have ordered a small wallet for my fiancé on 21st October, the website guarantees 3 days delivery in Italy, until you order and they’ll send you an email telling that “for renovation works in logistics area, there could be slight delays”, after 5 days I sent an email explaining that I have a flight on November 1st and I would like an update on my order, they responded with we don’t have any information on the delivery date and they will let me know. I tried to call them 2 times after 30 minutes wait each time very rude personnel (which talk only in English) wasted my time asking me my name, family name and email (spelled letter by letter which they faked they don’t understand) and at the end telling me they don’t find my order (even though I have gave them the order number too), asking more questions very rudely they responded we are not using the same system as the logistics and we don’t have to give you explanations why, maybe it’s better that you send us an email “it’s not that hard” then laughing at me. Bad costumer care, and worst online shopping experience of my life ! never again.

Beyond appalling

I have waited over three weeks for my bag! They are still saying that there is "issues with the courier", after contacting the courier they have told me there is no parcel under my name, they take days to reply and their customer service is beyond appalling. Wouldn't recommend them whatsoever.

Updated * - I received my handbag this morning and despite issues with delivery the packaging was lovely and the product is perfect. I would say if you’re not in a hurry to receive the item as I was, it’s a very good option. UPS however remains a problem.

*DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this site. Their delivery times are completely off. I paid for express delivery (two days) and have just been told it will be another 5 days before I receive the bag. It was meant to be a gift and now I have to go and purchase something else. Absolute rubbish
