This site is a scam! I bought 5 dressed that looked very nice on the website. There is no embroidery on anything. Got 1 that was different that what I ordered and 4 very poor quality and thin material. Not keeping any of them. Poor quality, cheap polyester material, small fit. Cheap, cheap, cheap!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased 5 items from their website. Two of the items were not even close to what I ordered and one of the items the quality was very poor, the fabric was like a high grade kleenex, awful. I contacted them to do a return and their return policy is to ship the products back at the customers expense to China. The shipping would not have made the return or exchange worth it. I do not recommend buying from them.

A big SCAM. I'm very surprised that company FASHIONCOSY can advertise in the USA, they should be banned from the online market.

Con Game! This company took my money instantly then sent me two items that were NOT what I ordered! When I asked to return the items they made me jump through several hoops, always polite but never delivering. I finally gave up and told them that I would write a review that gives them the worst possible rating. Do NOT buy from this company, even though the dresses look adorable. If something doesn't fit or doesn't work, you're screwed. And that's what happens when the seller is halfway around the world.

During quarantine, I purchased some clothing from FashionCosy. Their advertising guarantees 100% refunds and the pictures of the items I ordered looked really cute however upon receipt nearly two months later, the items they sent were not only completely different colors than represented in the photos, but some had entirely different prints as well. For example, I ordered two Frida Kahlo shirts and got cats prints instead! Also, the description says they're some kind of cotton blend, but they were all thick, shiny and gross, nothing even close to cotton. When I tried to return them, they said they'll only take them back if I ship them to China, but the shipping cost was nearly equal to the cost of the order. I'm trying to get a refund through my bank, but wanted to give everybody a heads up to avoid buying anything from this company--total rip off! I've also noticed the same exact product photos being used by at least five other companies with oddly-spelled names, so be sure to investigate before buying! Huge scam!

Don't buy anythng via the website of Fashioncosy, Augennstern, Modeltalente or Floryday!! They all belong to the same crooks!
The clothes do originate from China, quality is very bad, they do not deliver what you have ordered, delivery time takes for ever. They do not have a proper customer service department to solve the problems. You don't get your money back for the clothes wich are lousy quality or wrongly delivered. Very bad bad bad experience with this company.

the worst experience I have ever had. i never got the items i ordered. And never got a return. i just lost money, that's all.

the website is a big lie. every description is a lie. and then when I emailed them that the crap that they shipped me is nothing like the website had stated they told me that I have to return the merchandise back to CHINA and pay for the shipping myself to get a refund. What a joke!! Stay away from this company!!

I ordered 3 dresses and got them 2 months later. What a surprise when I opened the bag !! I’m ready for Halloween !!!! The only thing that is according to what I have ordered Are the colors ... and even ....... so sad I cannot show you pictures of what I got !!! Straight to the garbage !!! Wish I had read these comments before ordering !!! Almost 100$ direct in the garbage !

Have to agree with previous reviews. Bad quality. Sizing is way too small. Difficult and expensive returns. Wish I'd found this site and read the reviews 3 months ago, before I placed an order

Do not purchase from this company. Although the website shows attractive clothing and swimwear, it is cheaply made and ugly. I purchased two tops from this company that looked so special on the website, one top arrived first and after waiting over 30 days, I was totally disappointed. Then the second top arrived and it was not the one I ordered after waiting 1-1/2 months, I was so mad. Wrote to the customer service department explaining my problem and asking for a refund. They told me they would give me a 20% discount on my next purchase and 40% off the top that I originally ordered. I told them I would never order again from Fashioncosy and would not recommend to my friends. Buyer beware!! Buy American made in the USA!

What a scam is right. The clothing wrong material, sizing wrong. And they gave me the choice of a40% credit which I have yet to see. I would give them a minus if I could. It has been over 3 weeks.

I’m trying to find a way to get these reviews associated with their website so consumers can see before they purchase. EVERY negative posting here is spot on! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! You will lose money. You can not wear these items even if you end up receiving them. It’s not clothing material, summer is over (took three months to ship) and they want me to pay to return them which would be fine but they add, “for exchange or refund”. I don’t want an exchange as everything I bought was same tent like material and as someone pointed out, it’s an international address you have to mail it back to so will cost fortune. They do not honor their return policy that says you can return with no shipping costs if issue with quality. There is NO quality to these clothes and they won’t pay for shipping and now says, return for exchange or refund. I can’t trust they’ll return my money, so gotta eat the loss. They have no integrity and bring shame to their country. Will never buy from another online Chinese company. Complete scam!!

Bought five items. Four were inferior fabrics - supposed to be cotton but were shiny polyester (?). One of these were not even what I ordered, button-down shirt of look alike linen with vertical stripes instead of horizontal stripes on cotton vee-neck tee. One linen (?) short top -awful material. All too small. S85. Down the drain! Haven’t called my bank card company because I was still trying to figure out what to do when I ran across this site - too bad I didn’t find it before I ordered!

Do not purchase from this scam company. I placed my order over a a month ago and I still have not received the goods. They claim the order was shipped. Still waiting for delivery. I have asked for a refund with no luck. Horrible customer service.

I ordered $88.46 worth of T shirts. They advertise as cotton, but were polyester blend, It took almost 2 months to get my order, wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I didn't know the company was in China. No Contact Number. No Return address. ordered during Covid lockdown. Wont order online again.

I ordered several clothing articles which took 6-8 wks to receive. The first merchandise I received I had to return as the sizing was way off. Called company several times to get return/customer service with busy signals at all hours ( day and night). I returned the 1st delivery at my own cost to the address that it came from. Have still not heard or received credit for said merchandise valued at over $40. I now have received the rest of what I ordered values at over $60 which is the same problem. Sizing not appropriate for the measurements given. I have again called to no avail. What next??????

I ordered two dresses advertised as being made of cotton. They were made of polyester instead. When I tried to return them, I was told I'd have to pay the shipping to return them to China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FASHIONCOSY!
