I got my gift card for christmas last…

I got my gift card for christmas last year. I live in norway so the shops i can use my card for are limited. I have already tried to send an email to fashioncheque, but got no answar back. I went to RITUALS to use my gift card, and it didn’t work in the shop, and they also said that they have never seen this giftcard company before and didn’t now it could be used in their shop. After trying for a while, i paid with my normal card and left. It says on the card that you can use it «online» but it won’t even work in any store online. I have tried several stores online and it won’t work. I have also checked the saldo of the card, and it still has the 20$ on it, so it has not been used or had any mistakes with it. I don’t know what to do know, the store my boyfriend bought it from can’t take it back, so im stuck with a card that won’t work online or in stores.

The most useless cadeaukaart

The most useless cadeaukaart that you can buy, it feels like you locked your money and will never be able to buy what you want.
I wanted to use it in De Bijenkorf online - it doesn’t work, only in the shop, but the item l want is not there, but only online.
Then l decided to buy Slip Silk turban from Zalando and again it didn’t work, because it’s not a fashion item 🙄 it’s for my head and it’s made from silk fabric, so l don’t know what means fashion item, it’s like l want to buy an iron pan or powerbank.
Also in the website there is no clear guidance for shops, but you have to dig in one by one with city location.
So 2 times deep disappointment and for me this cadeaukaart is completely useless. It is more robbery than something what is good for customer. I feel sorry l locked my money in this Fashioncheque, never again!

Giving a gift? Don't choose this!

Are you thinking about giving this gift card? Reconsider! Or at least read the limits carefully on where the card can be used. Some shops, like Foot Locker, sell some products exclusively on their online store. At the same time, this gift card only works in the physical stores. Suddenly, the options are drastically fewer. And in my opinion, it is way easier to give money directly instead of relying on this middleman that is limiting options. And the person you're giving to will thank you for not making them go through all of these problems with understanding the limits.

Only problems

They sent me a digital card without code, even i cannot change this on Zalando because i dont have a card with code, only number card, which show me „doesnt exist” what a bullshit, thieves.

I would appreciate your comments on…

I would appreciate your comments on Fashionique's Return policy. Can't find it on my order! When I requested a refund I was offered 20% of the purchase price and the item for immediate action, but the jacket is totally unsuitable for me. I've asked again for a full refund and return code but haven't had a reply.

Waste of time and money

The website says same day delivery if you order before 14:00. Delivery was 1 day late. I wanted to go and pick it up from the courier myself but no one could give me track and trace code. I called you, IntraPost and PostNL and no one could help. So I had to buy another gift for my friend's birthday and now I can't return this cheque. Waste of time and money.

Order, but don't use a money transfer.

Update: due to administrative challenges they were unable to fulfill the order. They canceled the order and returned the payment. If you want to buy the fashion cheque, don't use the transfer money option and then things might work as expected.

Ordered it as a present for my cousins birthday. Transfered money and haven't seen any delivery. I contacted the customer service. They can't find anything being paid. They ask me for the payment details, but never replied.

I had to ask them for updates every time and there is no reply/ no solution. And guess what.. it has been over 2 weeks ago and still no solution. Oh, and thanks for not having a present for the birthday party..

Please avoid buying a fashion cheque!!

I exchanged my faschioncheque to Zalando card and want to buy foundations Estee Lauder double wear... What a surprise- i can't pay with it, because it is not "mode article".

This is scam. You cannot pay at zalando and fashioncheque does everything that you can't. No solution offered, just money lost

AFTER MANY REMINDERS STILL I DID NOT RECEIVED MONEY BACK/NEW CARD.
