Don't use this company

Not recommending this company - products of poor quality, customer service appears helpful initially, but then goes into "AI"-mode and no further responses were received. Experienced an overcharge on my order, which I ended up getting refunded, but my $89 purchase wasn't and all I got was a "good will" offer of $18 as "returns to Chinese Warehouse are pricey". Since I attempted to cancel my order before it was even shipped, no action was taken on their end to halt the order. It took at least 10 back and forths through email without getting what I asked for.

SCAM ARTIST

I placed an order on Feb. 15th 2025 and I still have not received my $64 purchase. I have contacted the seller 3 times and they keep telling me my order is in transit. I have asked for a refund but the answer was no. That once I recieved the merchandise I could return it then and get my refund. I will never order from this place again!!!

Only because I cannot give 0 stars

Only because I cannot give 0 stars. More money was charged to my credit card than was shown on my Order summary. When I contacted customer service they ghosted me. Never answered or explained. It’s been a month and still no merchandise. I’ll revise when I finally receive and check out the quality of the merchandise. I do not have high hopes.

Overcharged and Received Defective Product

Similar to the experience of other reviewers, my credit card was overcharged when I ordered a Gulf of Mexico cap. The corrected it when I sent them a message. It would have been easy to miss if I wasn't watching. The cap I received had several letters missing, and some were starting to peel. When I asked for a replacement or a refund they offered me $3 compensation. I responded that I didn't pay for a defective cap and they should replace it. They responded that I could get a full refund if I paid to return the cap to China. I complained again and they upped the offer to $4. I will not be ordering from them again.

Still haven't received a shirt I…

Still haven't received a shirt I ordered. I learned my lesson with these Chinese companies trying to hide the fact and then taking 3 weeks to actually get the product into the US> I just tracked it here but I am still without delivery some weeks after ordering. I am also concerned about reading others saying they have been overcharged. I will be checking my accounts now but why oh why do I have a bad feeling. Don't order use only US Companies.

Fun Gulf of Mexico Caps

I ordered two Gulf of Mexico hats. They provided frequent email updates on the order status. I received them within a couple of weeks. They are decent quality and even included an insert to maintain the structure of the crown of the cap. They initially overcharged me, but when I brought this to their attention via email they refunded me immediately. On the down-side, their email communications were very unusual in their language and format, though they still worked; it seems like maybe a language conversion issue. I can see why there may be questions about the integrity of this company, but in the end they proved their worth.

The long-sleeved shirt I received looks…

The long-sleeved shirt I received looks like it was created in the dark by someone who has never made a shirt before. The seams are on the OUTSIDE. Both sleeves could easily fit 3 arms in one because they are SO misshapen and baggy.
It took WEEKS to receive this lame 'shirt'. What a disappointment. Extreme low quality. I would give NO STARS to this but one is the minimum default.
DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Shady credit card charge

I placed an order and my credit card was charged for more than my invoice amount.

Update: the vendor corrected the charge after I contacted them. However, it took a month for the purchase (a t-shirt) to be delivered, and there is no content label, so it's impossible to know where it was made and what the fabric is.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT

Do not order anything from these Chinese criminals. They will send you the wrong item but will not refund you unless you return that item at ridiculous cost to yourself.

I received a hideous hoodie that no-one in their right mind would ever wear. Cheap, ugly and nasty.
When I queried this I was told that there had been a mix-up in the warehouse AND that they no longer stocked the item I had ordered and paid $36 for.

They offered me $3 'compensation' to keep the item as it was too expensive to ship it back.....but only by shipping it back could I get a refund for the item I hadn't ever received!

Do not use them!

Genuine experience from ripped off 'customer' in England.
