where’s my parcel
I ordered my parcel 8 days ago now and I still haven’t received an email saying my parcel has been shipped, and I made sure I left over 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive and I only have 8 days before I go to the festival I was planning on wearing this outfit at.

I would not even give this company 1 star...i have emailed them till im Blue In the face just to be told that my order has been dispatched and will arrive no later than the 17th June...i have emailed them to let them know that I have still NOT received my order but they have ignored my email when I have asked for a refund...this company is a fraud I recommend to keep your hard earned cash In your wallet and shop elsewhere.
My emails are NOT abusive and rude so Do Not paint me like that.. . they are straight to the point asking where my order is you give me a delivery date and when it does NOT arrive it IS my right yo ask where it is end of... you have managed to answer my emails in less than 24 hours so don't give that ,to make yourselves look good like I'm the bad one and I do not email you 2- 3 times a day let's get that straight

We would like to address the issue of not answering your emails, this is due to mainly three reasons. Firstly we try to respond to emails as soon as staff can and this is usually done within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the email as stated in our terms and conditions. Secondly you have been issues with a tracking number for your order. The same tracking number we get which shows you exactly where your package is and when it will arrive and therefore you emailing us 3 time a day asking for exact delivery dates is pointless. Finally we have a policy in our company that staff will not respond to any emails which are rude, abusive or contain vulgar language such as the emails you have sent. We have successfully delivered thousands of orders worldwide to happy customers and can only offer you an apology if your dissatisfied. We see your order is now delivered successfully 😊

However we have checked on your order and it will be at the UK distribution hub on Monday and dispatched to your address straight after. You only made your order on the 18th of April therefore you should receive your order within the delivery time we advertise.

Excellent quality and USA Shipping!
Was so happy when I saw they ship to the US! Clothes were all great quality and very impressed with their fits. Been using shein but so glad I found this shop. Clothes are much better quality and arrive WAY faster.

Amazing collection, love all the stuff I ordered. Customer services were very helpful and was able to track my order from around 3 days after ordering. Delivery took around 10 days which is ok.

Dear Didu, we are sorry to hear this. Unfortunately due to Covid some of our deliveries have been severely delayed and we are doing what we can to ensure orders are delivered as soon as possible. As you are aware we have already refunded your shipping fee back to you as your order will be delivered on Monday 29th. This is something we are not happy with as generally we deliver within 10 days as opposed to 23 days in your case.
