While very pretty, the aluminum cane is VERY unstable and wobbles. When contacting Customer Service I was told there is a set screw to adjust the wobbliness. There is no set screw or if there is, one would have to destroy an integral part of the cane to get to it still rendering the cane useless. Users would be better off purchasing a plain wooden cane. And the return/ refund policy just plain sucks given the faulty appliance. Make no mistake, this is an appliance and NOT an accessory no matter how pretty.

James went above and beyond to help me find a suitable cane. I am very particular and I was looking for a cane that had a slimmer diameter than standard canes I had found at Amazon. He sent me a list of all the canes that would accommodate me. I will always purchase from Fashionable Canes. Customer service is the best!
