Nice to get some cane tips in different colors. I am making custom canes and wanted to get away from the boring black tips, I also liked that they are available in different diameters as well.

My cane came in damaged. I spoke with customer service, she did as much as she could. The replacement cane she was going to send was also damaged. I ultimately had to paint the damaged part so it wasn't noticeable. Apparently, your company doesn't offer a percentage refund for damaged products.

Didn’t realize the cane I bought had to be custom cut to size and now it’s too short. Have to return and pay 30% restock fee plus shipping. Will be cheaper to order another one. This is the 3rd cane I have bought from them and have always been very satisfied

shopping and transaction were easy . fair prices . i ordered 2 canes - one each men's & women's . the men's cane was sturdy , handsome - quality. the women's is pretty but impractical, w/ much less stability .

The cane holder clip works perfect in holding my cane when at rest. Not to mention that it is a handsome looking accessory. I received it in short order and put it right to work. I did not receive the free strap that was offered but perhaps I misunderstood the requirements of the offer. So I’m going to order another one of these cane holders for each of my other canes so I don’t have to remember to remove it from cane to cane. Although it is very simple to remove. It simply clips to the cane and off ya go. Good product good value good company.
