The order was dispatched promptly but the magenta colour was more cerise, so it was carefully re-boxed and returned (within 14 days as per Returns Policy) - but disappointingly no further communication received from Fascinator.co.uk and nil refund received to date. I have tried to phone and email the company but still no response.

Please do not buy from this company, I brought a fascinator for my daughter’s wedding, arrived on time but was not the correct colour. Sent back within 3 days package tracked so I know they have received it. No acknowledgment that they have received the fascinator not answering the phone e mail given does not exist!
