I haven't received it, I asked them to leave the order at the door and they didn't, supposedly they left it
In the mailbox, but the mailbox measures 2 × 5 cm. I don't think what I ordered is going to measure that much and why is it delivered but it wasn't in the mailbox? They don't want to answer me, it's a fifth-rate company, yours. So I demand that you please answer me and send me a replacement because I didn't receive it, or else I'll dispute it with my bank. Thank you.

Two of the vibrators I ordered do NOT work

No customer service
I placed an order. Within five minutes I called customer service line to change the order.
Called right back, left a message.
Called 2 to 3 times the next day left messages again nobody got back to me ever.
In between those times I tried to email customer service.
One of my emails came back undeliverable.
Finally got a hold of customer service on the site chat.
And was told I could not change it because it had already been shipped.
The order was not even 12 hours old.
Paid for expedited shipping.
Did not receive item within the shipping time I paid for.

Pretty but difficult to get off and on
I am 5’4 and weigh 120 and ordered a medium. I could barely get it over my head or over my hips. Once I got it on, I like it but man they should have put a zipper or something to make it easier to get on and off. Not very practical
