I found the mounting I wanted, spoke with Roger about what I needed. shipped my gemstone to fascinating diamonds and in a few days had received my ring mounted with my gemstone. needless to say it met all my expections. highly recommend them and hope to do business with them in the future.

I am happy to write this review and highly recommend Fascinating Diamonds for a jewelry purchasing and custom jewelry making experience.

Purchase: My recent purchase was a custom made engagement ring and wedding band that my future husband allowed me to design. Started the process June 2016, finished and received by September 2016. :)

Quality and cost of jewelry - Fascinating Diamonds quality and cost is of the best. My jewelry background is extensive and I am picky so I was happy to be able to physically view stone quality on the website (see 360 degree photo view of my stone) and to receive the GIA rating document with my purchase. The cost of the jewelry is great and I could not find the same quality for the same cost in any of the literally 15 other stores I went to, in state, online and even from wholesale trade show sellers. Because of the great cost, I was able to get platinum vs white gold bands, and E vs I or J color stones. I love jewelry and know a lot about stones (4Cs) and metals used and have been purchasing jewelry and stones wholesale from gem and jewelry shows for the past 20 years. Prior to finding Roger at Fascinating Diamonds I researched and looked through many stores, sellers and options for an engagement ring that fit my style and personality but was unsuccessful in finding great quality for great cost. I am VERY picky when it comes to jewelry and quality and know exactly what I like and will wear (which is why my future husband let me find my own rings). I love my rings made by Fascinating Diamonds and although I am not swayed by others' opinions, it's nice that I receive compliments from everyone I know. I would definitely purchase from this business again.

Selection - The selection of the jewelry on the website is of the most vast I have ever seen for wedding jewelry. With it, I used one style for my custom jewelry and from it I drew my very own. The custom jewelry making experience was the best and I would definitely do it again. I hand drew my jewelry design and emailed Roger the drawing and specifications of what I was looking for. I am still blown away that from MY DRAWING Roger was able to guide me step by step to finding my stones, creating the Computer Designs of my rings and creating my dream rings!

Customer Service - Working with Roger was a great and rewarding experience! He was very responsive by email and phone to all of my questions and comments - even when I called outside of his regular business hours (THANK YOU Roger!). After coming to decision of the final products, Roger even double checked my specifications before sending them to his designer to be created. The rings were shipped and arrived in the expected time in the condition expected. My future husband and I are very happy with the service, the final products and how they were presented in the specialized box with a light that makes the stones reflect their facets on the ceiling like a beautiful strobe light.

Raj's website provided me with the best available tools to build a custom ring and to actually preview the unique stone and setting combination that I had in my mind. He then personally helped me to select a spectacular GIA diamond at a competitive price.

When the ring arrived, it was breathtaking at a glance — exactly as it appeared in the previews. On closer examination, however, I felt that we needed to make some modifcations to the engraving to make it more legible. I also had some technical questions regarding the fluorescence of the diamond and the choice of the head.

Being the tough customer that I am, I didn't hesitate to remit a veritable list of concerns and requests. Raj was open to all of them, point by point, vowing that he would not rest until I was 100% satisfied. I returned the item to New York, and he promised to take care of every detail.

When the final modified version came back to me, I examined it once again under magnification and careful scrutiny. I found everything to be totally perfect. Everything about this piece of jewelry is beautiful and sublime. I was completely satisfied in the end.

Raj deserves to be commended for his persistent effort and his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction — even when dealing with needy customers like me.

Roger was patient and very accommodating through whole process, sometimes taking 3-4 calls a day from us and often answering the same question over and over. The outcome was a gorgeous wedding set. I found exactly what I was looking for, in the price range I was looking for. When I called in to check how long it would take to ship, they informed me that they were going to upgrade my diamond from a very good cut, to an excellent cut free of charge. Their customer service is wonderful! Roger is such a nice person, very helpful with his input and extensive knowledge. Roger is also an extremely patient man as I had hundreds of questions concerning the custom wedding rings I wanted. True to his word Roger did everything he told me he would and in a timely manner. My custom rings are amazing! I sent a crude computer drawing of what I wanted and the talented jewelers at Fascinating Diamonds took it from there. It was like they open my mind saw my dream and created exactly what I had envisioned. The rings are not only beautiful but well made. I made the mistake of going to a different jeweler first & ended up wasting A LOT of time & money on a Special Design Ring that, once I actually received it, was hideous & very poorly made (looked nothing like it did it the CADs they'd sent me). Fascinating Diamonds not only gave me the patience & support I needed to get every detail of my ring perfect, &, when I received it, the ring looked even more beautiful than I'd dared hope. Plus, my ring is not only beautiful, but strong & high quality as well. I am now a Fascinating Diamonds customer for life!

I purchased a 0.51ct heart diamond with much deliberation because it was for my daughter's special 16 birthday. The stone was beautiful and perfect (as perfect as a diamond can be) and I must say that Roger was one of those that you rarely come across in the service industry.. an absolute gem in every way possible.

This is going to sound like a paid for add but... I dealt with a gentleman named Raj, who goes by Roger in his emails, and this guy is awesome. Prompt in responses and accurate in everything that told me. We had a ring made to my wife’s wants and she was thrilled with the results. The price that we paid for what we received was cheap in my opinion. I haven’t been so happy and impressed with a company’s service since first discovering Amazon. Raj and outfit are A+ and based on my experience, I highly recommend them.
