Just avoid shopping there! Worst experience!

Dear Customer Service Team,

This is a formal notice requiring the immediate cancellation of the shipment from the US ( the UPS delivery that was already scheduled on 20th of April).

I explicitly refuse to accept delivery of this parcel. There are no adequate guarantees that the courier will not leave the shipment unattended at the office premises, which is a known and common practice. Such an outcome would expose me to unnecessary risks, including potential issues with customs authorities, and would effectively deprive me of the ability to return the order.

Furthermore, I draw your attention to the fact that FedEx does not provide appropriate facilities in Warsaw for handling international returns within Europe, as only domestic shipments are accepted at local drop-off points. This renders your current return instructions impracticable and insufficient.

Your handling of this matter demonstrates a serious lack of coordination and accountability. As a long-standing customer, I consider this level of service unacceptable.

Please be advised that should this issue not be resolved without further delay, I reserve the right to escalate the matter and to publish detailed negative feedback across relevant public platforms.

I require:
- Immediate written confirmation that the delivery has been cancelled and no delivery attempts will be made;
- Clear confirmation of the refund process, including reimbursement of delivery costs.

I expect your prompt and definitive response.

Order didn’t come

Order didn’t come. Told me they’d refund me…almost 8 weeks later I still don’t have my refund and I have to chase up each time I’ve chased they’ve told me there was a system error. I feel scammed out of 300 bux.i made the order 3rd may we’re now almost in July.

I purchased my new Valentino Rockrunner…

I purchased my new Valentino Rockrunner sneakers here. And I am very happy with the fast delivery, the service was perfect and I never had problems with ordering designer clothes on Fartech. Also if you would like to return the product they provide you a returning label with your order, so when I need anything in te future I would definitely consider them for shopping on their website. Very disappointed..

Very disappointed..
My husband ordered sunglasses for me , they came fast, BUT , sunglasses box is to small and full of scratches, inside is broken , but the best part is sunglasses look like someone already worn them they not look like new . The price of them is 525€ , ok he bought them on sale for 230 ,but still :(

Worst service in the world.

Worst service in the world.
Had ordered 3 fine bracelets.
Paying nicely for each.
And it’s been stuck in customs for over than 2 months, I have spoken over than 15 costumer support agents. Some Indian some European, due to the vendor unable to provide gemological certificate for item. Which makes me doubt. Is it even real what they are selling there?
I have requested to refund me the money. Since I am not interested in waiting 2 months.
And they won’t refund.
So my recommendation don’t trust.

Misleading advertising

I tried to buy an item online, which I actually found on Fartech’s website. After trying to place the order many times, first the order was going through until suddenly I started getting an error message. I tried a number of times with no luck.
I phoned the customer service number and was advised that the item was out of stock although it was still showed as available online. The customer representative said that they didn’t have my size in stock while she also provided a VERY poor explanation about why the item would still show available while it wasn’t.
I wouldn’t recommend Fartech and personally I will not shop with them anymore despite being a customer.
