My purchase was fairly priced and promptly delivered. You can't really ask for more - other than that they'd use the profits to directly benefit young people through an exciting education scheme, enabling and empowering them for a brighter future...which they do.

Excellent service, very rapid delivery in London via UPS and well protected packaging to make sure decks did not get damaged.

There’s a lot to like about FAR Skate. They’re a charity, they stock some really cool brands, and they’re priced very competitively.

Recently I ordered a pair of Street Plant wheels from FAR Skate. Unfortunately when it came to fulfilling my order they couldn’t find the wheels. I accept that stock can go missing however, FAR Skate sent me a really nice email explaining the situation. I’d have been happy with the genuinely apologetic email however, they also gave me a discount voucher for any other wheels I wanted. While completely unnecessary, a very nice gesture and superb customer service.

I then ordered a set of Bones wheels and used my discount voucher.

These wheels were sent and arrived quickly but, not only was I sent the wheels, they’d put together a crazy package filled loads of extras and promo stuff (sweets, stickers, air fresheners, a tech deck). As a child I loved when my mum ordered from Cosmetics To Go (the guys who set up Lush) as their parcels came filled with small gifts. As an semi-adult I ran online businesses and always attempted to ensure whenever customers opened their orders they too would be pleasantly surprised. This was a genuinely fun parcel to receive and an overall example of the level of customer service so many companies pretend to want to deliver but don’t actually make the effort to.

I think these reviews speak for themselves, great shop, great cause, great overall experience. Highly recommended.

FAR Skate do very well responding and dealing with any questions. If they have what you want in stock I'd highly recommend them. If not, maybe drop them a message and ask.
