Farro was great, but delivery went to wrong address
Farro was great, though one item was removed without explanation. It was sold by weight, so could have been substituted.
The biggest problem was the delivery driver left the wrong package. We got someone else's order. She said we signed for it, but my camera shows she just dropped it and left. Didn't even knock or ring Doorbell.
Fortunately, the customer who got our order was honest and we were able to get the right package to the right person.
Not a good experience when you're paying for delivery and you don't even get the minimum standards.

No communication
There was no communication as to where the deliverer was. I did wait outside for the 15 minutes before 9pm because the reception closes at 7.
It was cold.
