Gareth was very quick to respond to the issue I had in my property very knowledgeable & professional very reassuring and put you at ease to resolve the problem, very reasonably priced too I would highly recommend

Gareth came and inspected what we thought was a wasps nest he confirmed this and promptly dealt with the problem, very happy with how he dealt with the above and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again

Gareth was absolutely fantastic. Was on time and was friendly quick and very efficient at dealing with the wasp problem I was having.
Was so.helpful and promised if the issue was unresolved in 4 days he would come back for a 2nd round of treatment if required free of charge.

I have had repeat incursions of rats into my loft which previous specialists have cleared with poison but failed to identify an access route. Gareth advised that the route was almost certainly through a break in a sewer pipe and thence into the loft via the cavity wall. A subsequent camera survey identified a significant break in my kitchen waste pipe which I am having repaired. Many thanks to Gareth for removing the current unwelcome visitors and hopefully providing the longterm solution which previous specialists failed to do.

We had a rat problem for about a month and couldn't seem to sort it with other specialists so turned to Gareth. He was very professional and identified the problem straight away. He was very thorough and sorted out the problem and said he wouldn't leave us until he sorted the problem which he did. Definitely Recommend.

Gareth sorted out an unfortunate situation for us, as we had not mice but rats in our loft!
He visited 3 times, sent a report each time, detailing what work he had carried out, and was clear about what to expect at each stage.
He was even sympathetic with our discomfort about the process, and managed to reassure me that any suffering would be kept to an absolute minimum, and any toxins would not cause harm in the environment and local food chain.

A lovely balance of taking control of the problem while, at the same time, keeping me informed and letting me know what the options were and making himself available should I be worried about anything during the process of eliminating the unwanted visitors. Rats had got into my mother's property. Gareth did a thorough survey and found the likely entry points, set bait, and then monitored at agreed dates. We now no longer have any rats. Gareth is great to deal with, prompt, efficient and good value.

Absolutely couldn't fault the service we recieved from Gareth. Having used this company on two occasions (mice & wasps) we were so impressed by the advice and way things were dealt with so quickly. Wasp nest gone and mice in our eaves rapidly got rid of after months of battling the problem ourselves.

Pleased to say that Gareth was very thorough in his work. Very friendly guy who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Hopefully I won’t need to see him again but if I did I would have no hesitation in choosing him again. Definitely recommend him.

The service provided by Gareth has been brilliant, starting from when I first called him about the possibility of mice and wasps in the loft. He initially visited within a couple of hours of my call, identified potential problems and methods of managing these. He has visited a further two times which we arranged at the first visit to check on progress; on every visit he has been punctual and extremely easy to talk to which has been very helpful. I received a report after each visit. Today, on his last visit, he removed a very large dead wasps nest which is a great relief. Gareth is a very nice chap - polite, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, offers advice and very understanding of concerns - I have no hesitation in recommending him.
