Used to be much better
Goodbye, Farmy. Now officially.
Me and my husband used to be regular customers of the shop. We liked them quite a lot, there were some random delays of deliveries or some issues with non-delivered (or items of bad quality) products, but overall the quality of the products was very high and it worked well for us. In case of any issues, when we contacted them, all the issues were solved.
Then once they increased min delivery to 100 CHF we stopped buying, as we both have office jobs, we were not able to buy for 100 CHF without products going bad, as we dont cook often enough.
Now with their return to 50 CHF min order amount, we decided to give them another shot. And - never again.
1) Cost of items has increased significantly compared to what you get (exactly for the same products) in Coop/Migros, it used to be higher but not as much
2) This time they have informed a day in advance when the order will arrive (used to be on the same day), we thought its an improvement. However, when 20 minutes into latest deadline they gave us there were still no news, I decided to call them
3) A very sleepy and demotivated lady answered the phone. I told her that i would like to know when the delivery would arrive, she asked me to give the order number. I started giving it (in my opinion, not fast at all), and when I finished, she aggressively said "Why so fast!" and told me to do it again. Then I answered that she doesnt need to be rude, her answer was "YOU are rude". That was the end of our "nice talk". Maybe if she wasnt sleeping on her workplace (or if the delivery wasnt 20 mins delayed to the latest indicated time (what was 35 mins to the exact indicated time of the delivery)), that would not have happened.
4) Now to the items. None of them of are rotten, but none of them are fresh either (maybe except of onions - but difficult to go bad with these). For the premium price we are paying, the quality needs to be much higher than that. I paid for grapes the same price I would pay in Jelmoli, but quality is incomparable.
5) On top, they sent me an email earlier indicating the refund for lower weight of some items. As I got so angry at their customer service, I reweighted every item. In fact the weight was not indicated correctly (and for one product it was not indicated at all). Now i will need to waste time writing to them and asking for a correct refund...
