The customer service is incredibly fast, cute and reliable. I love the special fitting of Farm Rio items. While not every pattern and material is for me, I fell hard in love with Farm‘s blouses. They just fit. Properly. Without compromises. It’s incredible. And justifies the higher price. I can’t wear regular blouses anymore.

I’m currently messaging someone from the customer service team without any help, not only does it take days for a reply in the US but the agent misunderstood what I am asking for and all of this is through email!
Right now there is a promotion for 50% off the Delicate floral Multi stripe dress. I received an email and a text message when the sale started earlier this week specifically stating this for the dress. When I logged onto the website the price was reduced. But Before checking out I logged off of shop pay and the price changed to full price?? Now the dress appears as full priced! This is crazy. Btw, I have screen shots of everything.
Update : I was just sent another text message from Farm Rio offering the dress at a reduced price 50% off. I purchased it but now I’m wondering why did it take days to clarify. I still stand by my initial complaint and feel that customer service and accessibility to a live agent through chat or through the phone is a must! When companies listen to their clients it shows that we are valued and it incentivizes trust and encourages future business.

There was a snafu with my first order and after emailing FARMRio about it, my experience with them was great. Excellent communication and customer service, especially by Luana. I emailed her several times and she always responded right away. Highly recommend FARMRio - their clothes are so unique and of superior quality.

I love the product but the returns process is terrible. It means I wont be shopping with them again. I have 7 outfits so a good customer but this last experience has left me unimpressed with trying to return one item. Being charged £5 and driving for miles out of my way.. you just lost this customer Farmrio

Initially I was upset because Farm Rio doesn't have a customer service phone number. I emailed my issue to the address provided (the shirt I ordered was missing from the packaging and I received an empty parcel). Within 24 hours, Erica had fixed the issue. The missing shirt was re-sent to me, and I received an additional $80 gift card. Wonderful, quick service. Thank you!! :)

I am happy to be a return customer of Farm Rio, in every experience with them has been perfect. Every purchase, from the sizing chart, to the quality, and even to the compliments. No complaints ever. I recently made a purchase that I was really excited about. Farm Rio, as always, delivered. However, my package was broken into and stolen and replaced with a random garment. I explained all this to them in my email along with photos. I of course, reported it to the police, and my credit card company. Gabriel offered to re-deliver my item or receive a refund if the item was no longer in stock. Unfortunately, the lovely dress I was looking forward to is no longer in stock and Gabriel immediately issued me a refund. I saw this refund post to my credit card account within minutes. I have never seen a company after that fast. I am honestly so grateful this is how they treat their customers because this was not their fault. Gabriel even signed me up to be notified when the dress comes back in stock. 10/10 in every aspect and I will continue to tell others about this company!

Mi could not recommend them and their Team more highly - as their attention to detail in responding to emails. I had ordered several items, some of which did not fit me, and their Tesm helped me with the returns process, and made an exception within the time limit normally allowed, as I was on holiday and unable to return on time.
I will be buying again from this duper company.. and their beautiful original designs, make you stand out amongst the rest!

spent over a thousand pounds on dresses tops and jumper all of it is going back.
they must touch up there website pictures as the colours are nothing like , the quality is poor and the prices are extortionate for what you would expect.
you can buy this quality of garment for less than half off some chinese website's.not that we would.
we will be sticking to the tried and trusted manufacturers in future

My order apparently was lost by the shipper. Upon contacting Farm Rio, they immediately checked on what was going on , and replaced the order . It arrived five days later. They honored the sale price, although the item had gone back to the normal price.
It was also very easy to contact Farm Rio. They have a link on the order page.

I have been buying Farm Rio since my 2021 visit in Florida when I saw someone wearing a piece from them. In those years I’ve only recently had to email customer service once about a small problem and they were able to get back to me with an ideal solution. All the other times were for price adjustment that has been nice since that’s not being offered by a lot of other similar brands. I love Farm Rio so much and look forward to their design every release. Though their team may need longer time to respond during the timeline of big sales event, they do get back to me and are very nice. It’s nice that there are actual people I get to talk to, I love the warm and personalized experience even when I only frequently shop Farm online. When they open a store near me, I’d definitely shop there! Also, they have so much offerings that I can find many dresses that work for my petite frame.

I am super disappointed in this brand. I've been supporting them for a while and I was excited about going to Brazil and supporting the Brazilian stores. The people left store tags on two of my items and I've been trying for months to get someone to help me, and nobody has. I contacted the American Farm Rio support and they refused to give me a resolution. They just said I have to work it out with the Farm Rio in Brazil which has been impossible.
Update: Per their message below, they tried to pay me off with a $200 gift card that doesn’t cover the money I spent.
