I bought a Teske 5x8 trailer from Farm & Fleet. I went over and the floor person told me that he cannot order me an axle. . I called Teske and the agent from the manufacturer told me that was untrue, and they probably just didn't want to. I called back and talk to the store manager who spoke to me as if he couldn't care less about what I needed. I will no longer do business with Farm & Fleet. Whatever happened to good customer service.

Blains Farm and Fleet does not enforce customers or staff to wear masks. It is not safe to shop here. When I inquired, the customer service manager said, “We take our direction from corporate—not the state. It’s not our job to police staff and customers.” This was the Elgin Illinois location. Won’t shop at Blains anymore—they don’t care. They actually laughed at us regarding our concerns.

I received my order very quickly and am very satisfied with the product.

Shame on this company. Was sold three pair of knock off pants masquerading as Wranglers, put all three through the wash cycle and they shrunk like I have never seen before. My legitimate pair that I purchased at the local feed store are still doing fine after many many washes. Started out fitting right out of the delivery bag when trying on, but the sub-standard material used in the jeans must have been inferior. Called customer service and was basically told I was out of luck, they said would not accept the pants back because they went through the wash cycle but how would I know the product would shrink unless they were laundered. This company tried to pass me off onto the manufacturer when I did not do business with the manufacturer. WARNING THEY SELL KNOCK OFFS AND ARE LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

Noticing that alot of brands are disappearing as well as the selection of items

They advertise everywhere online "best price promise". This is completely false, it's actually IN STORE ONLY, and that's supposed to be explained via "see details in stores". They are LIARS. If it's an in store only thing, just state "best price promise -- in store only", or just keep it at the posters in your stores. DISHONEST. They do it so you give them a try, but just to find out they don't provide any of their advertised promises. Stick with the big box stores, avoid this at all cost. If they are only providing "best price promise" in store only--then let them stay in their few retail locations and go bankrupt with the rest of the retail Apocalypse.You went from gaining one new customer, far away from your stores, to having us never shop with you again and telling others to stay away. Not a good way to do business

Ordered Christmas ornaments from this company and they were just dropped in an envelop with no padding and mailed, needless to say they were all broken or damaged. The hoops we are jumping through now to get reimbursed is unreal. This company is not customer friendly and obviously incompetent with shipping. They sell cheap fake products and will not respond to complaints. I have submitted three so far. They would not post my bad review of their site. Don't believe the good reviews, the site is deceptive. They sell junk products that they won't take back or provide refunds for. This is the worst online seller I have ever dealt with. Wish I could give them negative stars!

they do have good prices but they took the payment from my account twice and then debited it back. But that was after I called and was told it would take 5-7 business days to return it at CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!! I haven't encountered this before in online shopping and will not be shopping there again. Good prices or not that was a real problem to me.

Of course lines are long to be expected, however the checker was VERY SLOW!

I love Farm & Fleet. My girlfriend and I started going there in 1976, in DeKalb Illinois, while she was in college. Now married, we still go there, and our kids take their kids too. Great selection for everyone. We called it the Kmart for farmers, but you outlasted Kmart.

Great prices! I can always find what I need or just want.
