Sent out an order to the UK with a Customs Declaration of €135 for the value, when the cost was €52.41. As a consequence I had to pay £32.86 Import duties. I emailed them several times asking what they were going to do about this; no response, Customer Service is none existent. Don't deal with this company.

Fast but sub-par service
The order arrived quite quickly (Spain to UK).
However, there was an issue and I had to chase them 4x times until they actually resolved it. I would use them again, but service could improve a bit.
